Most people still don't believe the history of Sango (God of lightening and thunder) because it's so impossible for human being to vomit fire. Sango the husband of Oya (River goddess) is one of the Demi gods that Yoruba believed that supreme God sent to them to guide and perform diverse of miracles.

The god of Thunder is believed to deal with whoever tries to harm his people. He spits fire whenever he's angry or pissed off by anyone. During this moment, he also expresses his anger by aggravating thunderstorm as a warning for his people to know is angry with.
